Brandon was very quick to respond to by text, easy to work with. I wanted to get everything done quickly, he did great assisting me. My only complaint is the gentleman I worked with in the finance department wasn’t the friendly, took his time and kept talking (I understand certain things have to be said!) I believe you should be able to customize your customer service to each customers needs. Overall I love my Nissan and happy with my purchase.
