The staff is very friendly. The waiting room is quiet and peaceful, with comfortable chairs. There is coffee and tea and snacks to go with them. There is everything to make it pleasant and comfortable. Time flies by unnoticed!!!

I recently leased a car and the team at Russ Darrow made this a great experience.

The service is good from the time I pull in the garage. I m usually met at the door and a few minutes later I m in the lounge reading a book. The service is quick and I’m out the door. I like the fact I can watch the inspection when I get home.

They were good to work with. Honest up front and Drake took the time to go above then normal explaining how all the buttons work.

Had a tire rotation and they forgot to tighten the lug nights. My wheels almost fell off while was driving. You’re very lucky I did t get hurt or hurt someone else. They said they’d take 40$ off the brake service but my Quote was 399 originally I paid $421. So no discount. When I questioned it, he said there was a “shop charge” that he took off. Well that wasn’t on the original quote. So I think he made it up to try to appease me. Dishonest.

Got me in right away. Understood the concern I had with vehicle. Short wait when I checked in.

Extremely poor communication and planning for a recall. They kept my car for 2 whole days and did nothing. I have to bring it back in two weeks. But I originally schedule this appointment two weeks prior. Parts should have been in stock. What if my recall fails during the two weeks I’m waiting for parts??? Can I sue you for poor service? I’m not happy on any level with your service department!!!

I absolutely would give Gabe 5 stars, he was awesome and went above and beyond to find what I was looking for. I felt a little betrayed by management from the negotiating to purchasing a car I was told was certified that I paid cash for only to find out at pickup that it wasn’t ready cuz it needed to be certified. Russ Darrow Nissan of West Bend has been fantastic and very supportive as far as my needs and the maintenance of the vehicle.

Communication within dealership and with myself was awful. Bought a vehicle and two days later, the check engine light came on. I took the car the dealership and I had to call several time to find out what was going on.
