Very friendly individuals. There was a gentleman that worked there who went out of his way to get crayons for my 6 year old daughter to color (there were none in the kids room).

My rating and experience is definitely a 5, excellent! My wife and myself were blown away by Bella Kingman. Bella was very professional from start to the finish and at the end of the day I drove away with the vehicle I wanted. Consider yourself very lucky to have this young lady on your team. The Nissan building is very clean including the restrooms. Everyone was very kind and courteous as well. I will definitely be back as a recurring customer and also recommending others to your dealership in West Bend.
I was there for 5 hours, no one has figured out how to fix my car, and now I have to bring it back again on Monday because they need more time to figure out what was wrong

I just don't have as much free time as I used to do my own service. So when I bought my truck from them I purchased a service package and am happy that I did.
They are in a hurry to get the car out of the lot with out detailing it and very sloppy. It's a nice vehicle but there is a bunch of dents that weren't in pictures and didn't get even a chance to look before being pushed out the door.
I think that the Service was very great to aork witg and enjoyed it very much!

I noticed when I looked at the service sheet that everything was checked except the brake fluid and, I think the transmission fluid. Someone called to ask if everything was OK, and I mentioned it. But he said he nothing to do with the service and I would need to call them. I didn’t bother because, generally speaking, service is not good wherever you go.

The variable pricing is not respectful, the failed transfer of the plates immediately that day was not acceptable, the inability to fasten the front license plate also not acceptable. Overall disappointment with the Russ Darrow experience.

Myles told me the Nissan Versa had a 100,000 mile factory warranty. Later when I mention it he said it did not. Rob told me they would get an interest rate around 6% but in the end it was 7.63 %. Tony told me I would get 3 oil changes and tire rotations but did not tell me that cost me extra $190 dollars extra. I saw it written in the next day in the contract. Booked appointment online and it didn't actually schedule it. I didn't get a reminder so I was suspicious. The guy in service didn't let that be a problem and was able to fit me in. I only waited 10 extra minutes over a normally scheduled time. I have trouble getting my car to the dealer so this was a big deal to me to not have to come back another time.

Good looking dealership inside and out. They serviced my vehicle right away and I was on my way within an hour. My vehicle was parked inside and one of the workers opened and held the door for me on my way out. My car news was good but good news or bad it's all about customer service!

Just fine - was a simple oil change I was able to utilize oil change credits that I had from purchasing the vehicle there which saved me money and made me happy. The oil change was quick and the communication was good.

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. This business deserves a 0. Both corporate and Russ Darrow Nissan West Bend manager Rob. I went in to look at a ford transit connect I saw was available online. Talked to the salesman which he said was AVAILABLE and everything looked good. I test drove it and told the salesman I wanted to buy it. He then goes to get the final numbers from his sales manager which we agreed upon and I signed the paperwork! Salesman lied to me pre purchase, during purchase, and post purchase about the vehicle being detailed. Finance manager lied during final numbers that it was currently being detailed. There were dorito crumbs throughout the back seat and clearly didnt get detailed.

Very helpful, informative, responded back quickly, didn't try to pressure me like salesman at other dealerships did. ( I took a test drive at a different dealer before I test drove the Nissan and I told them I was simply driving and going home yet they still pulled me in the office for numbers and tried getting me to buy ) and with Isabella I didn't have to deal with any of that. She was respectful and gave me my space and answered all questions I had

The service advisor talked down to me . I tried to tell him that I have a platinum warranty bumper to bumper... I still had to pay for my tire rotation ... I feel like the repair may take a long time and I am very unhappy
